CBA are looking for an ambitious Assistant or Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Glasgow team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial construction projects for a diverse client base while gaining hands-on experience across every stage of the project lifecycle. Whether you're a recent graduate or already have some industry experience, you'll receive the support, mentoring and exposure needed to progress towards RICS Chartership.

The Role
As part of our growing team, you'll work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and construction professionals, assisting with:
- Cost planning and estimating
- Procurement and tendering
- Contract administration
- Cost reporting and financial management
- Valuations and contract variations
- Risk and value management
- Final account negotiations
- Commercial advice throughout project delivery
You'll be encouraged to contribute from day one, developing both your technical knowledge and client-facing skills.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc or equivalent)
- Working towards, or keen to commence, the RICS APC pathway
- Commercially aware and eager to learn
- A strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Organised, proactive and motivated
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Enthusiastic about developing a long-term career in Quantity Surveying
