Are you ready to take the next step in your education career?
We’re looking for an Assistant Head of Programmes to support the delivery and development of Pinc Woodlands’ post-16 programmes for neurodivergent young people.
Working alongside the Head of Programmes, you’ll help coordinate campus operations, support staff and maintain high standards of teaching, safeguarding and student experience. You’ll also work closely with students, helping them make progress, build independence and work towards their individual goals.

You’ll be involved in:
- Coordinating curriculum delivery, timetables and student progress.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues, contributing to team development and quality improvement.
- Championing inclusive, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed practice.
- Supporting safeguarding, EHCP reviews and individual learning plans.
- Building relationships with families, employers and community partners to enrich learning.
- Keeping student records accurate and supporting compliance, enrolment and campus activities.
What we’re looking for
You’ll have a Level 3 qualification in an education or youth-related area, experience working with young people with SEND and EHCPs, and the ability to support a team and contribute to effective campus leadership.

You’ll also bring strong communication and organisational skills, an understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice, and a commitment to helping students achieve positive outcomes. A teaching qualification and experience in post-16 education or specialist provision are desirable.
