We operate a diverse range of spaces, from the lively Y Plas nightclub, the Taf student pub to the renowned Great Hall. Our team manages the external bookings calendar, bringing in a variety of events and conferences alongside a fantastic live music offering. About the role
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Venues (Events), the role supports the management of the Venues Department, with responsibility for the live music operation, including administration, event management and commercial performance. The role also provides technical oversight across all events delivered by the department and supports a range of departmental administrative functions.

Job Description
Responsibilities include the operational delivery of events, including staffing, contractors, budgets and profit and loss performance, ensuring events are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard while meeting commercial and organisational objectives.
