About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and passionate member of staff to join our very effective and highly valued Student Support team.
Candidates should ideally have experience of working with young people, have excellent communication skills and a good level of education. The ability to build good relationships with students and their parents is essential. A high level of confidentiality will also apply to this role.
The role will involve working closely with the teaching Heads of Year who work to support students with their academic progress, their behaviour for learning, and their pastoral support and wellbeing. The role will also involve general support in the student Hub for all year groups, liaising with other staff, parents and sometimes external agencies along with administrative duties such as phone calls home, arranging and attending meetings with parents and taking meeting notes when necessary.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
