Assistant Headteacher: SENCo
GBP39,562 - GBP54,395 (DOE)
Full-Time Term Time (39 weeks) + 3 weeks additional SENCo responsibilities

As Assistant Headteacher: SENCo, you will lead the strategic development of Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision, working alongside senior leadership to raise standards, support teaching staff, and champion inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive and implement the school's SEN strategy, policies, and continuous provision evaluation alongside the Head of School.
- Staff Guidance: Provide specialist support, mentoring, and advice to teaching staff to elevate practice and pupil outcomes.
- Compliance and Safeguarding: Ensure full statutory SEN compliance, uphold child protection protocols, and promote student welfare.

To Be Successful In Your Application, You Will Have
- QTS with completed NASENCO qualification.
- Proven leadership experience in a SENCo role.
- Commitment to safeguarding (enhanced DBS check and Child Protection training required).
