Assistant Headteacher
We are seeking an inspirational, ambitious and dedicated Assistant Headteacher who is passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and driving high standards of teaching and learning. The successful candidate will be an exceptional classroom practitioner and a strong, supportive leader, with a clear commitment to ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
You will bring enthusiasm, creativity and a collaborative approach to school leadership, working closely with the Headteacher and wider team to build on the school's successes and contribute to its continued development. With high expectations for achievement, behaviour and inclusion, you will be committed to developing staff, raising aspirations and creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and inspired to succeed.
Above all, you will share our belief that every child can achieve great things and have the drive, resilience and vision to help lead Freshwaters Primary Academy on the next stage of its journey.
