Assistant Headteacher (SEND)
Hayle Academy alongside Truro and Penwith Academy Trust are seeking an Assistant Headteacher (SEND). You will lead the strategic development and implementation of SEND provision across the school. You will play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive learning environment where every student feels safe, valued and supported to achieve their full potential. This is a highly influential position that impacts all aspects of school life, including teaching and learning, safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking to appoint an exceptional leader to join our Senior Leadership Team and continue to drive our ambitious vision for inclusion, achievement and opportunity for all. The successful candidate will be a passionate and experienced professional who believes in the transformational power of education and is committed to removing barriers to learning.
