The Damara School is a specialist SEMH school located in the centre of the historic town of Thetford that caters for 32 children aged 5 – 16.
Are you an ambitious education professional seeking the next step in your career? The Damara School (Thetford, IP24) is looking for an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead on teaching and learning, with additional responsibilities as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and SENCO. Working in our unique and supportive setting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our school’s strategic direction, ensuring exceptional teaching and learning, and providing robust safeguarding and SEN leadership. You will be a key member of our leadership team, with opportunities to contribute to whole-school planning, staff development, and drive positive outcomes for all pupils.
