About The Role
The Assistant Room Service Manager is responsible for assisting the Room Service Manager to implement and maintain all standards, policies procedures relating to food and beverage service in the Outlet with a strong emphasis on staff training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality and profitability.
You will be responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences directly to guests’ rooms, ensuring impeccable service and presentation. Your leadership and attention to detail contribute to elevating the in-room dining experience, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to unparalleled hospitality and refinement.
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to learn and develop a long career within luxury hospitality
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
- Minimum 5 years Luxury Hospitality experience
- Previous Food & Beverage Experience
- Excellent Wine & Spirit Knowledge
- Food & Hygiene knowledge
- Health & Safety knowledge
- COSHH knowledge
- Microsoft Office Package
