Assistant Lettings Manager - Abingdon
Davis Tate is looking for an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to join our Abingdon team. We offer a competitive package, dependent on experience.
Supporting the Lettings Manager, you’ll help drive the performance and growth of the branch, build strong landlord and tenant relationships, and oversee the day-to-day lettings operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and motivate the lettings team to achieve agreed targets.
- Generate new business through valuations, instructions, canvassing, and landlord relationships.
- Grow and nurture the branch property portfolio and prospective tenant database.
- Conduct valuations, viewings, and bring new properties to market.
- Manage tenancy applications, referencing, agreements, renewals, relets, and rent reviews.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries and complaints professionally.
- Promote properties across online and other marketing channels.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional fee-earning services and refer sales opportunities.
- Support the training and development of junior team members.
- Monitor performance, produce management reports, and contribute to branch targets.
- Identify and develop relationships with property investors to grow the portfolio.
- Help generate positive Google reviews and support the overall reputation of the branch.
