About Seasalt
At Seasalt, creativity is in our DNA. We began in 1981 in a small shop in Penzance, crafting workwear for local mariners and artists. Today, we’re a modern lifestyle brand with over 80 shops across the UK and Ireland, 400+ wholesale stockists, and a growing global presence. We may have grown, but we’ve always stayed true to our roots with Cornwall’s artistic influence and maritime heritage woven into every garment.
As a certified B Corp and winner of Drapers “Best Place to Work” in 2024, we’re proud to balance our culture with long term growth. It's an exciting time to join us as we build on our distinct creative handwriting, brand differentiation, and expanding both internationally and in the UK.
Role Overview
As an Assistant Loyalty Manager, you’ll develop and optimise our rewards loyalty proposition and communications plan to create value for our business and our customers. Your work will help to deliver customer growth targets and ensure that loyalty members feel appreciated and valued through exclusive rewards and experiences.
Please note that this is a full time, temporary role to cover family leave, expected to last approximately 12 months. The role is based remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Translating customer data analysis and insights into targets, strategies and action plans to increase loyalty sign-ups, purchase frequency and customer spend.
- Developing customer segments, journeys and next best action pathways in partnership with CRM, email and direct marketing teams to improve engagement and programme effectiveness.
- Using customer insight and feedback to continuously enhance the loyalty programme, ensuring it remains relevant, competitive and customer-focused.
- Ensuring customer data is handled securely and compliantly in line with GDPR and company data policies.
- Leveraging customer data, market insights and research to evolve the loyalty proposition, driving customer value, business performance and differentiation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Digital, Marketing, CX, UX, Retail and Finance to deliver exciting annual plans for loyalty members.
- Working on the promotional plan with Merchandising and Marketing planning teams to ensure we deliver ‘added value’ and exclusive benefits for loyalty members.
- Managing the loyalty budget, defining and prioritising how we invest in the programme of loyalty activities.
- Leading the planning and coordination of loyalty campaigns and communications both internally and externally, building engagement with the programme and brand love.
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on loyalty KPIs, sharing learnings and feedback to ensure continuous improvement of the loyalty programme.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
