Are you looking to build your career in accounting?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established global business within the Media sector for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their finance career to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced accountants, and develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.

We're keen to hear from candidates with 1-2 years' experience in a finance or accounts role, as well as recent graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. If you're ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Reporting to the Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the month-end process and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
