Assistant Management Accountant

Location: London
Job Type: Full-time

We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join our growing finance team and support a dynamic, fast-paced business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in management accounting within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Working closely with senior finance colleagues, you'll be involved in a broad range of accounting activities, including transactional finance, month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and develop your technical and commercial accounting skills.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
  • Experience using Xero (essential)
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong attention to detail
  • AAT, ACCA or CIMA studies underway (or a relevant accounting degree)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach and a genuine desire to progress into a management accounting role
