Job Title: Administrator
BFBS provides TV, live sports, radio, cinema, news, live events and much more to the British Forces and their families around the world.
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Broadcasting and Entertainment department at BFBS. You’ll be at the heart of our busy, friendly multimedia organisation, providing essential administrative support to our teams based in the UK and overseas.
Responsibilities
- Handling correspondence and enquiries
- Organising meetings, taking minutes
- Processing internal forms and invoices
- Coordinating travel arrangements for relocating staff
- Overseeing the administration of Ofcom, PRS and PPL licensing applications and renewals
- Ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met
Requirements
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Keen to learn
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365
- Comfortable communicating with people at all levels
- Methodical and accurate approach
- Confidence to take ownership of tasks and follow things through to completion
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to juggle different priorities
- Good team player
- Willingness to go the extra mile to support the morale and welfare of our unique audience

Role Details
This is a wide-ranging hybrid post, allowing days working from home as well as time at our main offices based at Chalfont St Peter.
This is a permanent position offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop your skills and experience as part of a busy, supportive team.
