We are looking for a motivated Band 3 Assistant Management Accountant to join our Specialist Corporate, Income & Costing Team.

About The Team
The Specialist Corporate, Income & Costing Team leads on several high-profile areas, including:
- Trust income management
- Trust costing and statutory returns
- External grant-funded projects
- Medical Doctor Degree Apprenticeship programme – the only Trust-run programme of its kind nationally
- Tendring 100 Apprenticeships – supporting local employment and skills development
- AI development and research initiatives
- Outreach programmes: schools, work experience, careers fairs, NextMedic, NextAHP, NextMidwife
- Employer Provider Apprenticeships – supporting over 600 ESNEFT staff, recently rated “Good” by Ofsted
- Partnerships with local schools, universities and colleges to attract, train and retain future NHS talent
