A client of mine is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a 6-month FTC basis. This is a great opportunity for anyone with extensive experience in reconciliations, preparing management accounts, assisting in month-end processes and with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for...
- Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts
- Production of reconciliations for the balance sheet
- Reviewing general ledger entries and highlighting any unusual transactions
- Managing the accruals and prepayments month-end process with guidance from the team
- Assisting with internal and external reporting

Requirements
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will need...
- Previous experience in finance, preferably with exposure to management accounting and month-end
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret financial data
