Faria Education Group is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant who is eager to develop their skills in a global environment. This role will help gather, analyze, and prepare financial data for our management team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts, ensuring precision and efficiency in all processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the balance sheet reconciliation for designated companies
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing financial models and variance analysis
- Help with preparing audit documentation and liaising with auditors
- Support with ad hoc financial analysis as required
- Business partnering with stakeholders across the business

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite) is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Fluent in English; Chinese desirable
- Some exposure to AI, Claude, and Gemini.
