Assistant Management Accountant

High Growth International Business | Product & Operational Finance

Maidenhead | Hybrid Working

£35,000 to £40,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Some Assistant Management Accountant roles are heavily focused on processing and offer limited exposure beyond the basics.

This one is different.

We Do Group are working with a brilliant, high growth international business that is continuing to invest in its Finance team as the company scales. This is a broad, hands-on role where you will gain exposure across Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Services.

You will support everything from month-end and balance sheet reconciliations through to stock, inventory, international logistics, and operational reporting.

They are looking for someone bright, ambitious, and naturally curious.

Someone who does not just reconcile a number, but wants to understand where it came from, why it moved, and what it means for the business.

You will join a growing Finance team with experienced people around you, plenty of support, and genuine opportunity to take on more responsibility as you develop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
