- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Producing P&L reporting across multiple sites
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing and maintaining accruals and prepayments
- Investigating variances and providing meaningful commentary
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assisting with monthly reporting and month-end close
- Supporting the annual external audit process
- Contributing to finance process improvements and automation projects
- Providing financial support to operational stakeholders across the business
Profile
A successful Finance Associate should have:

- A Finance Graduate, or module attached to Finance
- Eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP desirable)
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
