Role Description:
The Assistant Manager, under the direction of the community manager and/or Regional Manager, is directly responsible for the administration of the site in accordance with Management's policy and procedures and to keep the regional office fully informed of the site's status. The Assistant Manager shall work closely with and be responsive to the Maintenance Supervisor, site staff, as well as other central office managers and staff. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Assistant Manager to perform all duties in full compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity regulations as well as with Management's Fair Housing personnel policy.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Payable operations.
- Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations.
- General office administration.
- Specific site administration.
- Tenant/landlord relations.
- Marketing/Leasing.
- Must have a valid Driver's License at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
