Assistant Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per year
At Roseacre, we do things properly — great food, warm hospitality, and a team that takes pride in what they do. As part of the Roseacre Pub Company, a small independent group built on quality and professionalism, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager who shares our standards and values.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the smooth, efficient day-to-day running of the pub
- Leading from the front — motivating, coaching, and developing your team
- Delivering consistently excellent service and guest experiences
- Maintaining high standards across service, safety, and compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in hospitality management
- A confident, hands-on leader with strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure, with a sharp eye for detail
- A genuine passion for great food, drink, and people
