What You'll Be Doing as Assistant Manager:
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Driving sales and store performance through key KPIs including sales, conversion, and ATV
- Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Supporting day-to-day store operations, stock management, and visual merchandising standards
- Coaching and developing team members to maximise their potential
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Helping to build strong local relationships and represent the brand within the community
- Ensuring the store reflects the brand's values, mission, and commitment to sustainability
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, store presentation, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Department Manager, or experienced Team Leader within fashion, footwear, accessories, or a similar customer-focused retail environment
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of retail KPIs
- A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing a team
- High standards for customer service, store presentation, and operations
- Passion for ethical retail and sustainable fashion
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
- Someone who is ambitious and looking to develop their career within a growing business
