We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Assistant Manager to lead our Newton Ferrers branch. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional who is passionate about customer service, business growth, and team leadership.

As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the branch, building strong client relationships, and helping drive the department forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting the team with sales negotiations, property viewings, and applicant registrations.
- Contributing to business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering strong client relationships.
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual who can bring energy and leadership to the branch.
Essential Requirements
- A proactive and motivated individual with a positive outlook.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A desire to learn, develop, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the branch.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Access to your own vehicle.
Desirable
- 2 years+ experience within Estate Agency.
- Familiarity with the South Hams area.
- A-Level education or equivalent.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 1 in every 3 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm)
- Time off in lieu provided.
Additional Information
- Ability to reliably commute to Newton Ferrers or relocate before starting is required.
- This is an office-based role with in-person working.
