As part of our new shop opening in London, we are looking for our future Assistant Store Manager. ✨

Business Development

  • Support the Store Manager in analyzing store performance and implementing action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Assist in maximizing store results in collaboration with the Area Manager.

Team Management

  • Support the Store Manager in setting objectives and developing the team as it grows.
  • Foster a motivating and collaborative environment, supporting positive staff relations.
  • Conduct briefings and support alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Participate in onboarding and ensure staff are professional, knowledgeable, and brand-ready.

Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the Sessùn brand experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador alongside the Store Manager and help build strong client relationships.
  • Support initiatives to develop customer portfolio and customer database (CRM).

The Profile We Are Looking For

  • Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within premium fashion retail, with a strong understanding of the industry and current trends.
  • You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, acting as a role model for others.
  • You are responsive, dynamic, versatile, results-oriented, and proactive. You are comfortable collaborating closely with the Store Manager and taking responsibility for daily operations when needed.
