Assistant Manager – Shrimp and Co Liverpool
We’re hiring a high-energy Assistant Manager to join our team at Shrimpandco in Liverpool. If you have a passion for hospitality, love a fast-paced environment, and know how to lead a great team on the floor, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Support day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Coach, train, and motivate service staff.
- Ensure top-notch guest satisfaction and resolve issues swiftly.
- Help manage scheduling, inventory, and shift execution.

What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience.
- Hands-on, "lead-by-example" leadership style.
- Weekend and evening availability.
