Job Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Assistant Manager to lead our London shops. As the ultimately accountable leader, you'll oversee all aspects of operations, from people management and financial performance to product quality and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a passion for results, who thrives on building high-performing teams and ensuring our brand's reputation for excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll deputise for them and take full responsibility for the shop's "family tree," driving growth, efficiency, and a positive team culture.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Training:
- Train and supervise front-of-house staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations.
- Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures.
- Financial Accountability:
- Drive upselling initiatives to maximise revenue.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols.

Qualifications
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bicester, Oxfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Store management: 1 year (required)

- United Kingdom (required)
