Assistant Manager - Revolucion De Cuba
Salary: £32,500p/a + Uncapped Bonus Scheme & Tronc
Location: Revolucion De Cuba Newcastle- Salaried
We’re on the lookout for an energetic, inspiring, and people-focused Assistant Manager to join La Familia at Revolucion De Cuba!

Your Role:
In this crucial leadership role, as an Assistant Manager you won't just support the General Manager—you'll be the driving force ensuring every area of our venue, from the bar and floor to the back-of-house, hits peak performance.
Your job is simple: deliver an unforgettable guest experience every single time while actively motivating, supporting, and building up your entire team. You'll be the champion of a dynamic, inclusive, and fun work environment where talent is seen, celebrated, and developed.
