Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 plus BONUS

Who We Are

Agile Retail works with some of the most exciting brands in retail, helping them build exceptional stores, teams and customer experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, loves developing people and knows how to turn strong operational standards into great commercial results.

The Assistant Manager Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day running of the store, creating a high-energy environment where the team can perform at their best.

You’ll take ownership of the shop floor, support the wider management team and make sure that customer experience, commercial performance and operational standards remain consistently high.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
