Full job description
We’re launching a brand-new Buffalo Wild Wings GO location in Sunbury and looking for a driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help build, lead, and scale this fast-paced takeout-focused concept from day one.
This is a high-impact role — you’ll work directly with the General Manager to hire the team, set the culture, and deliver an elite guest experience.

- Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure speed, accuracy, and food quality
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team from the ground up
- Guest Experience: Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service in a takeout-first model
- Financial Performance: Assist in managing labor, food costs, and hitting revenue targets
- Execution: Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency

Requirement Details
- Experience: 1–3+ years in restaurant leadership (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or AGM)
- Leadership: Strong communicator who can motivate and hold a team accountable
- Work Ethic: High energy, hands-on, thrives in fast-paced environments
- Mindset: Growth oriented, solution-driven, and reliable
- Availability: Nights, weekends, and opening period flexibility required
