Care Home Leadership Opportunity
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step into senior leadership? We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager (RGN) to support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional, person-centred care while helping lead a passionate and committed care team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who is ready to develop their management career and progress towards a Registered Manager position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day management of a high-quality nursing home
- Leading and inspiring nursing, care, and support teams
- Ensuring outstanding standards of clinical care and compliance
- Driving quality improvement and resident well being
- Managing staffing, rotas, workforce development, and performance
- Acting as Deputy to the Home Manager and leading the service in their absence
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community

What We're Looking For
- Current NMC Registration (RGN)
- Experience in a senior nursing or supervisory role within a care home or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards) desirable
- Experience in elderly care, dementia care, or end-of-life care advantageous
