Care Home Leadership Opportunity

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step into senior leadership? We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager (RGN) to support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional, person-centred care while helping lead a passionate and committed care team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who is ready to develop their management career and progress towards a Registered Manager position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of a high-quality nursing home
  • Leading and inspiring nursing, care, and support teams
  • Ensuring outstanding standards of clinical care and compliance
  • Driving quality improvement and resident well being
  • Managing staffing, rotas, workforce development, and performance
  • Acting as Deputy to the Home Manager and leading the service in their absence
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community

What We're Looking For

  • Current NMC Registration (RGN)
  • Experience in a senior nursing or supervisory role within a care home or healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards) desirable
  • Experience in elderly care, dementia care, or end-of-life care advantageous
