Assistant Manager - Knightsbridge - £42k plus excellent bonuses
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially minded Assistant Manager to join a prestigious luxury timepiece environment in London.
This is a role for someone who leads from the front — a natural relationship builder with a passion for delivering an elevated client experience, while supporting the day-to-day operations and performance of a high-profile boutique.
You will play a key role in driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury service.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or fine jewellery
- A strong sales background with the ability to lead by example on the shop floor
- Exceptional clienteling skills with a focus on long-term relationship building
- Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance and drive results
- A confident, motivating leadership style with experience supporting or managing teams
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Passion for craftsmanship, heritage, and storytelling
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Boutique Manager in all aspects of daily operations
- Driving individual and team sales performance against KPIs
- Leading from the front in delivering an outstanding client experience
- Developing and nurturing a loyal client base
- Coaching and mentoring team members to elevate performance
- Maintaining exceptional standards across the boutique environment
