Coffee Island Assistant Store Manager
Coffee Island is currently looking for a full-time assistant store manager for its store in central London.
We are looking for a fun and friendly assistant to join our team, someone who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute in creating a unique coffee experience for our guests.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of previous coffee experience
- Latte skills are preferred
- Has a passion for coffee, food, and cafe culture
- Understands and values the importance of customer care & hospitality
- Has a commitment to consistency in quality, speed, and intelligent customer service
- Has the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Is a mature & motivated team player
- Has a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English

- 8 hour shift
Ability To Commute/relocate
- London W2 1DS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience
- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
