The Assistant Manager brings infectious enthusiasm and acts as a coach and inspiration for the team to achieve outstanding performance and a superior customer experience. The role requires high attention to detail, as you will manage key operational areas like rotas, appraisals, and stock.
This position is ideal for those who are adaptable, motivated, and inspirational, with excellent communication skills to effortlessly connect with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates should have a good foundation of leadership experience from retail or commercial sales, possess good commercial awareness with a play-to-win mentality, and care about delivering the best possible customer experience. This is a rewarding career path with fantastic opportunities and progression.

What You'll Be Doing:
- To effectively and proactively support the team to achieve goals, targets and expectations through coaching and development.
- Lead by example in helping deliver exceptional customer experience by effective listening, questioning and supporting the customer throughout the entire journey from beginning to end.
- Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the showroom.
- Share best practice amongst team members and drive a positive work environment.
- Act as an ambassador for our group values, using your positive influence to create a winning team where everyone feels welcome.
- Demonstrate passion for fantastic customer service and the ability to lead a team to mirror your high standards.
