Assistant Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall daily operation of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout every shift.
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members to create a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of employees to help them reach their full potential.
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered while resolving any issues professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor health and safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness standards to ensure full compliance at all times.
- Oversee stock management, inventory control, ordering, and receiving of deliveries to support business operations.
- Help manage labour costs, productivity, and operational performance while contributing to financial targets.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and operating effectively.
- Step in to lead shifts, make operational decisions, and support the wider management team whenever required.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management role within hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident problem-solver with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Right to work in the UK.
