As a Deputy Manager, You Will
- Deliver an amazing guest experience – Ensure every visit to Banana Tree is memorable.
- Take ownership & accountability – Make key decisions when leading shifts or in the absence of the General Manager.
- Lead & motivate the team – Build a positive work environment, helping to train and develop team members.
- Ensure restaurant safety & standards – Keep operations legal, safe, and efficient.
- Be commercially aware – Understand how decisions impact the business and help drive performance & profitability.
