Assistant Manager | Fashion Retail | Bristol | Up to £30k + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving fashion brand as Assistant Manager within a high-profile store in Bristol.
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven, and customer-focused retail professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be hands-on, leading from the shop floor, and helping to create a high-performing, positive store environment.

The Assistant Manager Opportunity
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and commercial performance
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation
- Maintaining high standards across stock, operations, and compliance
- Using KPIs and commercial insight to maximize sales opportunities
- Building strong customer relationships and representing the brand
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in a fashion retail environment
- A proven ability to lead and motivate a retail team
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for achieving results
- A genuine focus on customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for fashion, people, and delivering high standards
- The ambition to develop and progress their retail career
