About The Role

As part of the leadership team in Broadmeadow, you will support local technicians and tradespeople access all the products they need to maintain essential refrigeration services. This role is a blend of customer relationship building, team leadership, and daily store operations, all aimed at maintaining a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customised customer service solutions, meeting the unique needs of our trade customers.
  • Oversee staff management, ensure adherence to OHS protocols, and coordinate branch upkeep to support a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Take ownership of areas such as debt management, resolving customer complaints and building customer relationships.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and encourage staff to develop positive, lasting customer connections.

We’d love to hear from you

  • Previous experience in retail management or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
  • A clean, valid driver’s licence
  • Competency in using Point of Sale systems or being able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Wanting to develop your career - either locally, within our network
