Role Description
The Assistant Manager Administrative is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Oasis in London. This role supports the smooth running of hotel administration by overseeing front-office documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating internal communication between departments. Daily tasks include managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager Administrative assists with guest inquiries that involve administrative processes, supports basic HR and onboarding documentation, and helps track budgets and expenses under the guidance of senior management. The role also involves monitoring office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and guest service.

- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with scheduling, record-keeping, and office management.

- Prior experience in hotel administration or front-office coordination in a hospitality environment is an advantage.
