We are seeking an existing or aspiring Assistant Manager to join our growing Financial Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate, Executive or newly qualified Chartered Accountant looking to take the next step in their career. This role offers exposure to a broad range of advisory assignments, including Special Situations M&A, Board Advisory, Transaction Services, Debt & Capital Advisory, and Lender Advisory.
Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will support clients, lenders, investors, and management teams through complex transactions, strategic decision-making, and periods of business change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&A, refinancing, and advisory engagements from inception to completion.
- Prepare and review financial models, business plans, valuations, and transaction structures.
- Analyse funding requirements, debt facilities, and financing options.
- Support independent business reviews, strategic assessments, and lender engagements.
- Prepare client deliverables including information memoranda, board papers, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct market research, buyer/target analysis, and valuation work.
- Coordinate due diligence and transaction processes, managing key stakeholder relationships.
- Support buy-side and sell-side mandates across a variety of sectors.
- Contribute to business development through networking, pitches, and proposals.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

About You
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Currently operating at Senior Associate, Executive, or Assistant Manager level, or ready to take the next step.
- Experience within Audit, Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Transaction Services, Financial Advisory, Debt Advisory, Restructuring, Special Situations, or a related professional services environment.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
