Assistant Manager - Anthropologie, Battersea Power Station
Join the brand-new Anthropologie store at Battersea Power Station as an Assistant Manager and help create an exceptional customer experience in a creative, inspiring retail environment. Supporting the Store Manager, you will lead and develop teams, drive sales performance, oversee daily operations, and deliver outstanding service while bringing the Anthropologie brand to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, training, coaching, and development of high-performing teams.
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, stock management, and loss prevention.
- Partner with management and visual teams to create an inspiring and commercially successful store environment.
- Monitor performance, analyse business trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Anthropologie's values and supports employee growth.
