My Client, an International bank in the City, seeks a middle office banker, with at least 2 years current middle office/agency/security trustee experience to the Aviation space, to join their wider Transport Finance team in London.

  • To support the regular Asset Assessment process for Aviation Finance loans. This will include preparation of reporting paperwork for each transaction for Branch approval.
  • To monitor and manage the portfolio of existing Aviation Finance transactions, including regular credit risk assessment and “close monitoring” of Watch List cases.
  • To assist Front Officers with gathering and checking information for periodic “Know Your Customer” checks and preparing the related paperwork. In addition, support the Assistant Manager with periodic Ongoing Due Diligence.
  • To liaise with Facility Agents on Aviation Finance transactions to ensure timely receipt of Borrower information.
  • To manage the covenant and collateral reporting process alongside the Assistant Manager.
  • To collaborate with Front Officers, when required, to prepare analysis and review of new business applications, waivers, and amendments.
  • To help prepare internal credit ratings for both new transactions and periodic reviews of existing loans.
  • To work with the Assistant Manager, to manage and update the aviation portfolio report.
  • To perform such other duties as requested from time to time by the Head of Department, the General Manager, or other members of the senior management team.
