Assistant Manager - Bar Operation
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager to lead the bar operation at the Mad Hatter Hotel. The successful candidate will be a natural host with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a strong table-service culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready to take ownership, develop their leadership skills, and play a key role within our management team. Experience in areas such as line cleaning, stock control, ordering, and cash management would be advantageous, although full training can be provided.

Location
Located in-between Southwark station and Blackfriars Bridge, The Mad Hatter Hotel attracts a mixed crowd of business and tourist travellers. There are 30 bedrooms, plus a busy downstairs pub serving fresh food and real ales.
