The Opportunity

Our client is a leading provider of corporate catering and hospitality services, delivering premium workplace hospitality within some of London's most prestigious corporate environments.

They are seeking an Assistant Client Services Manager to support the senior management team in delivering a seamless hospitality operation within the London office of a leading international professional services firm.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the client hospitality floors, providing exceptional service to employees, clients and VIP visitors across meeting rooms, events and hospitality.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Senior Hospitality Supervisor, Senior Client Host or Assistant Hospitality Manager from a high-end corporate hospitality operation, luxury hotel, private members' club who is looking to progress their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management and ensure the efficient operation of meeting rooms, client hospitality and executive floors.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, partners and visitors, ensuring a consistently first-class experience.
  • Coordinate the visitor journey, working closely with Catering, Guest Services, Facilities, and Housekeeping teams.
  • Build strong relationships with clients & stakeholders, responding promptly to requests and resolving service issues.
  • Monitor service standards, presentation and operational compliance across all areas.
  • Obtain and act on client feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
  • Lead by example, supporting and developing the hospitality team.

About You

  • Previous experience within high-end corporate hospitality, 5* hotels, Private Member's Club or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
  • Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Calm, confident decision-making in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
