This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery and continued growth of Deloitte’s Diversity on Boards programmes: Women on Boards and Race in the Boardroom. These leadership initiatives support senior leaders from underrepresented groups as they prepare for board-level roles and navigate the journey to greater influence and impact in the boardroom.

Working closely with senior executives, board members, chairs and Deloitte leaders, you will help create exceptional experiences that inspire, challenge and connect current and aspiring board leaders. The programmes include immersive development academies, networking opportunities and regular communications that keep our communities engaged throughout the year.

Over the years, the programmes have supported hundreds of senior leaders across a diverse range of sectors, helping to build influential networks of alumni from many of the UK's leading organisations. Through world-class development experiences, peer learning and meaningful connections, the programmes have become trusted platforms for accelerating diverse representation and inclusion at board level.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile programmes that sit at the intersection of leadership development, diversity and inclusion, client engagement and relationship building. You will play an important role in helping Deloitte strengthen relationships with key clients while supporting the development of more diverse and representative boards across the UK.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
