Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for store sales, profitability, and KPI delivery
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large in-store team including managers and supervisors
- Drive exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment
- Use sales data and fashion trends to identify opportunities and drive performance
- Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent within the store
- Ensure operational excellence across all areas of store performance
About You
We are looking for a confident and inspiring retail leader with a strong background in high street fashion retail. You will ideally have:

- Experience within fashion management
- A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results in a high-footfall environment
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, product, and visual merchandising
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills

- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to react quickly to trade
