Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP FICO, Project System (PS), Customer Service (CS), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) modules from a Finance perspective.
- Provide daily functional support to Finance users to resolve system-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and deliver user training for Finance staff to strengthen SAP proficiency and promote best practices.
- Support Finance process owners in designing and documenting end-to-end business processes, with a focus on Engineering Design and Development, Manufacturing and MRO operations and their accounting impacts in SAP.
- Assist in testing, data validation, and user acceptance for system changes and new functionalities.
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Finance function.
- Coordinate with IT, SAP consultants, and other stakeholders in Finance and Operations for issue resolution, enhancements, and integration activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards in system processes and configurations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience supporting SAP FICO and related modules (PS, CS, PP, SD, MM) in a Finance or Finance Systems role.
- Strong knowledge of costing, cost control, and financial accounting entries related to Engineering Design and Development, Manufacturing and MRO processes.
- Familiarity with month-end closing activities and financial reporting in SAP.
- Demonstrated experience providing user support and training to Finance teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor of degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- SAP certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP reporting tools (e.g., Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud) is beneficial.
- Prior involvement in SAP system upgrades, testing, or change management.
