Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Deputy Manager looking for your next opportunity in fashion retail? We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a successful and growing fashion retailer as part of an exciting new store opening in Solihull.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store and help create an exceptional customer experience.
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs, and commercial performance
- Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer service
- Motivate, coach, and develop the retail team
- Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
- Support with recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Drive company standards across sales, service, and operations
- Support with stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to maximize sales
- Help create a positive, energetic, and engaging store environment
- Stay up to date with fashion trends and customer expectations

About You
We're looking for a confident and commercially driven retail leader with previous experience in fashion, high street, or fast-paced retail.
You'll be someone who leads by example, enjoys working as part of a team, and has a genuine passion for customer service, sales, and developing people.
You may currently be an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor, or experienced Senior Sales Assistant ready to take the next step in your retail management career.
