We are looking for an awesome Assistant Manager
We are looking for an awesome Assistant Manager who is passionate about hospitality and progressing their career to join our team. As an Assistant Manager you will be one of the faces of the venue and we expect you to help run your venue in style on a day-to-day basis and support the management team to deliver an amazing guest experience every time, to exceed targets, drive sales and strong commercial performance, and engage your team to meet their goals. In return we will invest time and energy towards helping you push your career to the next stage, whatever that looks like for you.
Our awesome Assistant Managers demonstrate a 'we're all in this together' attitude and confidence in leading the front-of-house team with passion and energy. You must drive hospitality and sales whilst engaging your team to be passionate, reliable, outgoing, universal and dutiful. Some previous experience as an Assistant Manager would be super-beneficial, especially in a busy environment with a diverse team.

What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be...
- The day-to-day running of a high-volume and fast-paced bar and restaurant
- Embody and possess a full understanding of our hospitality standards and key points of service
- Consistently deliver great hospitality with huge personality within the hospitality standards framework
- Actively support a busy front-of-house team and engage and communicate effectively with an equally busy back-of-house team
- Support in the development of front-of-house team members and deliver training where required
- Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members into your venue
- Be the face of positivity and motivate all team members to deliver their best selves at all times
- Participate in regular team and management meetings
- To abide by house rules and Company policies and procedures at all times
- Display a smart and professional appearance, always striving to represent your venue in a positive way

- The drive to take action before being asked and to see tasks through to completion
