As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, leading from the floor, motivating your team, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll help bring Jamie’s passion for great food, warm hospitality, and quality experiences to life every day.
About The Role
- Lead daily service with confidence and energy, creating a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.
- Support the General Manager in running smooth, high-energy shifts across multiple floors.
- Coach, motivate, and develop your team, helping them reach their full potential.
- Maintain excellent food, service, and hygiene standards in line with Jamie’s Italian UK values.
- Be a positive role model – visible, approachable, and ready to make every shift shine.

About You
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or strong supervisory background in a busy, full-service restaurant.
- A genuine passion for people, food, and great service.
- Confident leading from the floor and solving problems in the moment.
- Calm, positive, and proactive - with great communication and organisational skills.
- Ambitious and ready to grow your career as we expand across the UK.
