Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager The Bell Inn is a historic, food-focused pub with 14 en suite bedrooms, located on the edge of Stow-on-the-Wold in the Cotswolds. We pride ourselves on offering premium food and service while preserving the Inn's ancient character.
Requirements
- Motivated and experienced Assistant Manager
- Genuine passion for exceptional customer service

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the pub team
- Train team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Contribute to the ongoing success of the pub
